We met with the Give team to implement updates to their existing platform to build in fundraising in the form of crowdfunding as a feature. A review of their existing code revealed critical security flaws in their infrastructure. Our team was asked to rebuild the platform from the ground up while preserving existing data in their database. We developed a plan to carefully migrate the data to a new database, as well as architected new web applications with security as a focus.

The new platform comprised of an administrative interface for the Give team to manage the platform and monitor key metrics, a Charity administrative interface for charity representatives to manage and run fundraising campaigns, as well as a web app for Donors to join and donate to campaigns.
